What happens after I purchase a course?

Once you purchase a course, a BrainTrain University account will be created for you and you will be automatically enrolled in your chosen course. You will receive an email with your username and password, and a link to log in. Students have a total of 60 days to complete a course.

What are the steps to earn credit hours?

In order to receive credit hours, you must complete the course within the allotted 60 days, and pass the final exam (within three attempts) with a score of 75% or higher.

What happens if I don’t pass?

You can take the final exam a total of three times without having to re-register for the course. However, if you do not pass after three attempts, you will have to purchase the course again if you wish to continue.

At what point can I receive a refund?

There are no refunds for online course purchases. However, we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. If you have any questions or concerns about the online course after purchasing, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
